4th Annual Hoops & Hops

Please support Mercy Neighborhood Ministries by attending this unique event! The 4th Annual Hoops & Hops will be held on Sat 21 Mar 2020 at Purcell Marian High School. This is one of the biggest nights of the year for the NCAA college basketball tournament.

Attendees can watch the games on multiple large screen televisions while enjoying their favorite beer, basketball contests and plenty of tasty fare.

The signature event of the evening is the $10,000 Half-Court shot contest. Participating teams will designate team members to take half-court shots and the winning team will take home the grand prize of $10,000.

For more information on how you can participate in the $10,000 Half Court Shot Contest contact Aimee Shinkle at (513) 487-6198.

Beautification Volunteers Needed

The East Walnut Hills Beautification Committee is looking for volunteers to work in our neighborhood green spaces. The committee takes care of five traffic islands and needs volunteers to help with weeding, deadheading and general cleanup. You can make your own hours! No expert gardening experience is necessary, just a willingness to help keep these spaces looking tidy. If you’d like to help out, please contact the Beautification Chairperson, Sue Fullen.

Walk on Woodburn

Plan to stroll through our charming business district during the next Walk on Woodburn! This event is always a Friday night of revelry, camaraderie, art, food, drinks, and shopping. For up-to-date details, please follow Walk on Woodburn on Facebook or The Walk on Woodburn on Instagram!
